3-D LIFT MIXER 3 Axis Lift Mixing Tumbler

Structure

  • Chassis
    Mild steel (carbon steel) post structure covered with SUS 304_satin finish. Bolted on floor, proportional spacing.
  • Post
    Mild steel (carbon steel) post structure covered with SUS304. The mild steel post is treated by Pickling and passivized, then baking varnish for rust proof. Bolted on floor, proportional spacing.
  • Lifting and clamping system
    Comprise of hydraulic lifting system with cylinder, chains on post, outrigger with hydraulic safety clamping appliance for IBC clamping, rotating and mixing, On working, the lifting sys drove by hydraulic motor, cylinder and chains to lift the IBC to mixing level. On lifting stopping assured by timer design, the bin and its outrigger then be clamped tightly by hydraulic safety clamping appliance to assure mixing level reliably to be ready for mixing.
  • Mixing driving and braking system
    Comprise of integrate motor, gearbox and brake. On receiving the tightly clamped signal, the driving sys drove by PLC start to work for mixing, under effect of transducer after the craft of mixing according to parameters assigned in advance. Reaching the assigned mixing time, the IBC stops and orientates horizontally under effect of the PLC.
  • Control system:
    Comprises of PLC, touch screen (HMI), transducer, Auto-printer and Separated control cabinet made of SUS304.
  • Designed with Ethernet module for central control server connection.
    Program of this connection is not involved (OPTION)
  • Operation access password: 3 levels operation authorization password designed.
  • Electric signature function is involved (OPTION)

  • For operator, machine and product protection, the sys is designed with below safety function:
  • Safety operation area
    Isolated safety operation area is set up by infrared sensors. In case moving into, whole sys would be stopped to protection personal as priority. To re-start the sys, operation should be on HMI and start sys from stopping point to continue the whole sys activity to protect product Uniformity.
  • Start/Restart/Stop/Emergency alarm
    To s t a r t / r e - s t a r t and s t op / Eme r genc y stop the whole sys, the alarm lighter on machine would with sound
    and light indication to indicate to operator the safety notification. Any emergency stop and wrong-operation would be indicated on HMI.
  • Emergency Stop
    In case of emergency, press the emergency button designed on the machine, the whole sys would
    be stopped and would be started from the stop point to keep product uniformity.
  • Power failure protection
    In case of power failure, the whole sys would be stopped on the power failure point. On power
    restoration, the alarm lighter would indicate with light and sound to note out to operator. Operation
    on HMI to re-start the sys from the start point is required to renew or re-set the sys activity.
